I am a CompTIA A+ certified Technical Support professional with experience in a combined NOC | Help Desk Call Center providing hardware, software and network support in a healthcare environment with over 5,000 end users.  

 

I have working knowledge of mainframe technologies and the Windows Enterprise environment. Skilled at using network software to monitor and manage incidents and alerts and provide the appropriate Tier 1 response.  Skilled at troubleshooting PC configuration and network connectivity issues.

 

Skilled at account management via Active Directory and assist with MS Office 2007, 2010, Office 365 and expert use of ticketing systems. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a timely, organized manner. Preparing to take the CompTIA Network+ exam by the end of summer 2017.

 

I am actively seeking an opportunity that can benefit from my current skill set. I am used to supporting a 24/7/365 IT environment. I prefer working an evening or overnight shift and have no problem working weekends or holidays.
